Application submission deadline has passed.



Due to technical issues with the Secretary of State’s website, applicants can either upload the most recent Certificate of Good Standing or upload a statement indicating technical issues prevented the upload of the current Certificate of Good Standing. Applicants will be contacted once the technical issues are resolved to re-submit the current Certificate of Good Standing.

Several applicants reported functional issues with the Program Budget Tables. Errors with saving values on the Program Budget Tables has been addressed; if you continue to experience technical difficulties, please email humanitarian@stlouisco.com. (4:12PM 06.12.2020)


Applications  for the St. Louis County COVID-19 Humanitarian Response Program will be accepted beginning June 3, 2020 through Wednesday, June 17th at 5p.m.  Applications are being accepted in the following impact areas including; seniors and homebound programs, housing stabilization and homeless prevention, technology, and social and emotional wellness for children. Total funding available:  $9.5M. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Please read the Request for Proposals (RFP) thoroughly before applying.
